Exercise Fitness Internship
Progressive’s
Internship Program offers possibilities to undergraduate students
seeking applied work experience in Exercise Science, Health Promotion
or other health related fields. Students can expect to gain
exposure to fitness testing, programming, personal training, group
fitness exercise as well as learning appropriate daily operational
tasks in corporate fitness setting. Students will have the
opportunity to work independently with fitness center members on a
variety of fitness and wellness programming.

Advocate
Health Centers, community-based medical practices affiliated with
Advocate
Health Care (Chicago) is accepting applications for interns to work in
the
community relations department. Advocate
Health Centers are located throughout the Chicago-land area and
surrounding
suburbs with over 150 physicians practicing at 16 locations. Interns will support the
Community Relations
department by planning, coordinating, implementing and delivering
health
education programs and events for the community.
Advocate
Health Centers offers fall, spring, and summer internships to
undergraduate 4th
year students pursuing a community health, public health or related
degree. Internships
are available for 10
weeks, however can be tailored for school programs.
A
stipend of$1000.00 will be paid upon completion of 400 service hours. Qualified
